Messages are designed to encourage consistency, focus, and daily action.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Subscription fee is $2.99 per month unless otherwise stated

• Billing recurs monthly from the date of signup

• You may cancel at any time

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Accountability Text.

• Messages are sent Monday through Friday

• Message frequency may vary slightly

• Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial use

• Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the service

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• replying STOP to any message, or

• canceling through your subscription/payment method

Once canceled, you will no longer receive messages.

6. No Guarantees

Accountability Text provides motivational and accountability-based messaging.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements. Results depend on individual effort and consistency.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accountability Text is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, productivity, or outcomes.

Use of the service is at your own discretion.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your information is used solely to provide and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
