Why This Exists
The idea for Accountability Text came from my own therapy session.
During one conversation, my therapist asked me a simple question:
Have you thought about having an accountability partner?
Someone who checks in, helps you stay focused, and expects you to show up.
That idea stuck — because it worked.
Accountability Text was created to bring that same kind of support into a simple, accessible daily practice — delivered through text messages.

I’m Scott, the founder of Accountability Text.
After returning to school while juggling work, family, and real responsibilities, I learned something important: motivation isn’t enough. Consistency comes from accountability — and from feeling supported, not judged.
